1. Purpose
These Terms of Use are intended to define the conditions of access and use of the UNYRA Community platform, enabling collaboration between users around entrepreneurial, technological, and societal projects.
Certain features of the platform may give rise to the provision of services or billing.
These services are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale accessible at the following address: https://unyra-community.com/en/terms-of-sale.
In the event of a conflict, the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail.
Any use of the platform implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

4. Access to the Platform
The platform is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection.
Certain features may require:
- creating an account
- and/or a payment (governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale)
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or interrupt access to all or part of the service, particularly for maintenance or updates.
5. Registration and User Account
Registration is reserved for individuals of legal age or with legal capacity.
The user agrees to:
- provide accurate information
- maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
- not create fraudulent accounts
The user is solely responsible for the activity on their account.
6. Description of Services
UNYRA Community notably enables:
- creating and developing projects
- connecting members
- collaborating and sharing resources
- participating in collective initiatives
The Publisher reserves the right to modify features at any time.
7. Role of the Platform
UNYRA Community acts as a technical intermediation platform.
As such:
- the Publisher is not a party to agreements made between users
- it does not guarantee the success of projects
- it does not exercise any prior control over content
Relationships between users are their sole responsibility.
When the Publisher directly offers services, these are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
8. User Contributions
Users may publish content (texts, ideas, documents, etc.).
They guarantee that:
- the content is lawful
- they hold the necessary rights
- the content does not infringe on the rights of third parties
License Granted
The user grants the Publisher a license that is:
- non-exclusive
- worldwide
- royalty-free
- for the duration the content remains online
in order to use such content solely for the operation of the platform.
9. Moderation and Reporting
The Publisher may remove any content that does not comply with these Terms of Use.
Reporting
Any user may report unlawful content to: contact@unyra-community.com
The report must contain:
- identification of the content
- the reason for the report
The Publisher commits to acting promptly in the case of manifestly unlawful content.
10. Liability (Hosting Provider Regime – LCEN)
The Publisher acts in the capacity of a hosting provider.
As such:
- it is not responsible for content published by users
- its liability may only be engaged in the event of failure to remove manifestly unlawful content after notification
The Publisher does not guarantee:
- the accuracy of content
- the reliability of users
- the success of projects
11. Prohibited Conduct
The following is prohibited:
- publishing unlawful or fraudulent content
- infringing on the rights of others
- misusing the platform
- disrupting its operation
Any violation may result in:
- suspension or deletion of the account
- legal proceedings
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the platform are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
13. Personal Data (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
The user has the following rights:
- access
- rectification
- erasure
- objection

14. Security
The Publisher implements reasonable security measures.
However, it cannot guarantee the complete absence of risks (hacking, vulnerabilities, etc.).
15. Force Majeure
The Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
16. Amendment of Terms of Use
These Terms of Use may be amended at any time.
Users will be informed in the event of a substantial modification.
17. Termination
The user may delete their account at any time.
The Publisher may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use.
18. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute:
- an amicable solution shall be sought
- failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction
